AFIAT SMART RING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By downloading, installing, or using the AFIAT Smart Ring mobile application ("App"), associated devices ("Smart Ring"), or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App or Services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any future revisions.

2. Definitions

• "Biometric Data": Physiological metrics (e.g., heart rate, blood oxygen levels, skin temperature, sleep patterns).
• "Health Tracking Data": Activity levels, calories burned, stress indicators, and other wellness metrics.
• "GPS Data": Location information collected to map physical activities (e.g., running routes).
• "Local Storage": Data stored on your device for offline functionality (e.g., synced health metrics).

3. Data Collection and Use

3.1 Types of Data Collected

The App collects:

• Personal Identifiers: Email address, username, and credentials.
• Biometric Data: Measured via the Smart Ring's sensors.
• Health Tracking Data: Generated through Smart Ring sensors and user input.
• GPS/Location Data: Collected during activity tracking.
• Device/Usage Data: IP address, device model, OS version, app logs.
• Camera & Microphone: Internal camera, microphone system.

3.2 Purpose of Data Collection

• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Provide personalized health insights.
• Process payments for subscriptions.
• Improve app performance and features.
• Conduct anonymized research.
• Comply with legal or regulatory requests.

4. User Consent and Permissions
